Returns: We will accept returns of unused merchandise within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on items over 30 days old.
Returned merchandise must be sent freight prepaid along with the Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Otherwise your return may not be accepted.
Returns of any kind ( ie... in-stock parts, back ordered parts or special order) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special order items that have not been delivered yet will also be subject to a restocking fee based upon the respective manufactures return stocking fee.Obsolete items or items not in resalable condition will be refused. The manufacturer's warranty may be used to address certain issues in lieu of a return.
Some returns may take up to 7 to 10 days to process.
Electrical items, like clutches and other items, are not returnable under any circumstances. Specials Orders are not returnable as well.
