OEM Hurricane Blowers Parts for X3 and X3 Stand-On Blowers. Hurricane was purchased by Briggs & Stratton last year and now Ferris and Billy Goat have versions of the stand-on blower. A lot of the part numbers are interchangeable. If you have the older Hurricane blower we have noted the old Hurricane part number and the new Ferris/Billy Goat part number.
