After the first 5 Hours |
Change the engine oil. (Kohler, Briggs Non-EFi and Kawasaki Engines) |
After the first 100 Hours |
- Check the wheel hub slotted nut torque specs
- Check the Wheel lug nuts
- Check the park brake adjustment

After the first 250 hours |
Change the Hydraulic Filter and Fluid |
Before Each use or Daily |
- Check the engine Oil Level
- Check The Mower Blades
- Check The Safety Interlock System
- Check The Rollover protection Systems
- Check the Seat Belt
- Check for loose Hardware
- Clean the grass and debris build-up from the machine and cutting deck
- Clean the engine and exhaust system area
- Clean Hydro Fan Area
- Clean the grassbuild up from Deck

Every 50 Hours |
- Check The Deck Lift Oil Level
- Check hydraulic Oil Level
- Check the tire pressures
- Check the condition of the belt
- Check Spark Arrestor

Every 100 Hours |
- Clean or replace (if necessary) the primary air filter, Check Secondary air cleaner. See engines owners manual for information
- Change the engine Oil
- Lubricate the deck lift Pivots
- Remove the engine shrouds and clean the cooling fins

Every 200 Hours |

Every 250 Hours |
- Replace the primary air cleaner element and secondary element. See Engine manuals for details.

Every 400 Hours |
- Check Wing Deck Bushings
- Replace Inner and oUter Air filter
- Check Belts
- Check Oil
- Check Hydro Oil Level

Every 500 Hours |
- Replace Air Filters
- Change the engine oil
- Replace All Filters
- Change the Hydraulic Oil - Use Exmark Hydro Oil. If using Mobil 1 15W50 change every 250 hours.
- Check the wheel hub slotted nut torque specs
- Check The wheel Lugs
- Check the parking brake adjustments

- Replace Air Filters - See engine manual for details

- Grease the deck and pump idler Pivots
- Grease Front Caster Pivots
