Great domestically-made OEM part. The photo, as the previous review mentions, is of the older model. Does include the "hubcaps" which is a nice touch even though my mower does not need them (I've got the caster-type wheels).
Note for other users of the LM21SW mower with caster wheels - these new wheels will very-slightly interfere with movement during turns because of the placement of the casters. A bit of use (or trimming of the edges of the wheel's tread) should take care of this.

These wheels were packaged well and arrived as promised. However, the photos shows the older style wheel but the new style wheel was delivered. Please update the photos.
