All good, no issues. PITA to put in but part is good and buying process went well.

The housing I had a problem with was the original. It had a cast iron fan. Several welds broke and the pulley connecting to the shaft also broke, due to rubbing onto the housing.
The replacement is a thicker gauge steel, and the fan blades are welded steel. It is much more rugged. Replacing it was a chore, but well worth the overall effort. I debated initially doing my own welding, but in the end, was very happy to make the major replacement.
